          What collegues say about Cliff:

“Cliff is a leader, not just a manager. Many high level executives and founders espouse “vision”, but never get to executing and the practicalities of building a business – Cliff does. He has inspired me to the extent that I now work for the company full-time, and supported me to create a major account team that controls our own P&L. He is a superb strategic planner who assessed the weaknesses and shortcomings of our management, sales, and financial accounting, then brought discipline to the management team to review key performance metrics that has resulted in the continuous build-up in sales and profitability. He is a stabilizing force within the company by providing a keen example in business ethics, and enlightened management for the employees. This has a resulted in a continuous reduction in personnel turnover.” March 12, 2007

" Cliff is one of the few Americans that has devoted a significant part of his life to developing business in Asia.... He is an energetic and tireless executive who has led infrastructure improvements... [company] relies on Cliff's guidance and leadership in strategic planning..."
